Frank Murray is responsible for the management of all ESIS field offices nationwide. Frank has 25 years of insurance/claims industry experience, including 5 years of corporate risk management experience with CIGNA Corporation and 20 years experience with CIGNA/ACE/ESIS as a Claims Supervisor, Claims Manager, and Regional Claims Vice President. He became ESIS’ Field Operations Vice President in May 2005.

Mr. Murray received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut; he has also earned the Claim Law Associate designation from the American Education Institute. Frank has participated in numerous training and development programs during his career and has completed several AIC, ARM, and other insurance industry related courses.
