Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Bond is responsible for implementing corporate financial policies and plans as well as formulating divisional financial policies, practices, controls, and compliance for ESIS. Mr. Bond is also responsible for providing overall direction for the accounting and treasury functions and for directing the financial planning activities of the organization, including analysis, budgeting, and strategic plans.

Mr. Bond has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined ESIS from Cunningham Lindsey, where he was responsible for the direction of the Finance, Legal, Human Resources, IT, and Real Estate organizations. Mr. Bond has also held leadership positions with several other highly regarded organizations, through which he maintained responsibility for operation management services, negotiated acquisitions and sales of operating entities, and provided oversight of corporate services for large clients.

Mr. Bond holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD.
