ESIS, Inc., announced on December 19th, 2007, the acquisition of Hygienetics Environmental Services, Inc. (Hygienetics), a national consulting firm specializing in comprehensive environmental services. Hygienetics, founded in 1982, is an established leader in asbestos, lead-based paint management services and environmental site assessment. ESIS and Hygienetics customers will now access enhanced services through this undertaking.
Hygienetics is now an integral part of ESIS Global Risk Control Services.
