Our network affiliate Control Risks Group (CRG) is a leading risk consultancy practice that provides Crisis and Security Management, Investigations, and Risk Information services to Fortune 500 corporations, law firms, associations and governments worldwide.  Pro-active crisis management services include development of crisis management plans, evacuation plans, and incident management training for key company managers. Security services include site security reviews, development of security policies and procedures, corporate travel security, maritime security, and coordination of protective services for executives, projects, and services.

Disaster/Emergency Planning. Disaster/Emergency Planning involves a comprehensive evaluation of the loss potential from such areas as windstorm, earthquake, flood, and product failure.  Once the potential for loss is understood, a disaster management program is then developed in coordinated with you. Specific areas include any existing emergency organization and procedures, staff training and drills for emergencies, the adequacy of equipment and supplies, and availability of back up records.

Research and Development*.
