ESIS, Inc., (“ESIS^®”) a risk management services company and part of the ACE Group of Companies, today announced the creation of the Medical, Professional and Product Liability Claims Consulting Unit. This new business unit within ESIS will focus on providing claim and consulting services to healthcare providers, professionals, manufacturers and their insurers. The range of services includes claim handling for professional liability exposures including medical malpractice, senior care liability, and lawyers’ liability, along with employment practices, directors and officers and product liability.

Mr. Terzich joins ESIS from Intercare Holdings Insurance Services, Inc., where he most recently held the position of Executive Vice President, Liability Claims. In this role he was responsible for the overall operation of the Liability Division with specific emphasis on healthcare professional liability, Errors & Omissions programs, product liability and general liability.

With more than 25 years of extensive insurance and claims industry experience, Mr. Terzich began his career as a Multiple Lines Adjuster with Reliance Insurance Company and has held various management positions in the excess and reinsurance areas with Northbrook Excess & Surplus and General Reinsurance Corporation. In 1985, Mr. Terzich founded Sutherland Page & Co., Inc., a claim service provider focusing on healthcare professional liability and product liability. Mr. Terzich received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Loyola University in Chicago.
