As Vice President and National Sales Leader, Greg Youngblood is responsible for establishing and executing ESIS’ national sales and distribution strategy. Working with senior management, he assures that ESIS’ business development goals and tactical plans are in alignment with ESIS’ growth objectives. Mr. Youngblood also directly manages the ESIS sales team and works closely with them to develop sales strategies and creative solutions that align with each prospective client’s needs.
Mr. Youngblood has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Prior to being appointed to his current role, he was Vice President of Business Development for ESIS’ Southeast Region, where he led new business development efforts from 2008 to 2016. He joined ESIS in 2007 as Vice President of Client Services for the Southeast Region, where he managed a team of account executives who were responsible for delivering differentiated account management services.
Prior to joining ESIS, Mr. Youngblood held various insurance and risk management positions with AlphaStaff, USI Insurance Services Corporation, Hilton Hotels Worldwide, County of Bucks (Pa.), Harleysville Insurance Company and CIGNA.
Mr. Youngblood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Drexel University. He also holds insurance designations including Associate Risk Management (ARM), Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
