Mark Hursh has 25 years of industry experience across a broad range of responsibilities spanning field claim management, operations, carrier relations, compliance, technical product management, special investigation units, catastrophe management services, and recovery services. As Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Hursh’s focus is to ensure execution of ESIS’ business strategies and spearhead operational excellence companywide to achieve ESIS’ vision of providing excellent service to clients, brokers, and carriers in a seamless and effective manner.
Mr. Hursh began his career as a multi-line field claims adjuster and progressed through every level of claims adjusting and management, both with carriers and third party administrators and in various parts of the country. He has worked in a national management role for over 15 years.
Mr. Hursh holds a CPCU designation and received his Bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Northern Illinois University.
