As part of the ESIS Care solution, our advocacy program, employers and employees have access to a dedicated network of intake, clinical, and claim representatives, alongside specialists known as Care Champions. These individuals are responsible for helping to support both parties throughout the duration of a claim while reinforcing the trust relationship between employers and employees. The result is faster return-to-work, decreased claim durations, reduced litigation, and lower costs.
