Return to Work
In some cases, an employee may be prohibited from returning to work because the treating physician is reluctant to release him/her into an unknown exposure and risk an aggravation of symptoms. ESIS’ Workplace Re-Entry (WRE) Assessment are designed to provide the physician with a qualitative assessment of workplace exposures. This allows the worker to return to his/her job, or another job identified as having acceptable stresses and exposures, and reduces Workers’ Compensation costs and related expenses.
